1. Service Provision:
Upon enrollment in any of our consultancy modules, students acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our service agreements. We commit to delivering comprehensive support throughout the admission process, as detailed in the chosen module.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit:
All payments made towards our consultancy services, including any partial payment options, are non-refundable. This includes the initial deposit amount paid at the time of enrollment. The deposit secures the student’s position and initiates the process of personalized assistance

3. Partial Payment Option:
In the case of opting for partial payment, failure to make subsequent payments on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. YourPedia Global reserves the right to cancel the service agreement if payments are not received within the specified deadlines.
4. Scope of Services:
Our consultancy services encompass various aspects of the application process, including but not limited to university identification, document preparation, mentorship, interview preparation, visa guidance, and exam preparation. The fees charged are for the provision of these services, irrespective of the outcome of the admission process.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances:
While we endeavor to assist students to the best of our abilities, certain factors such as changes in personal circumstances, academic eligibility, university requirements, or visa regulations are beyond our control. In such instances, the non-refund policy remains applicable.
6. Client Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the student to provide accurate information, adhere to deadlines, and actively engage in the application process. YourPedia Global shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the student’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
7. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from our consultancy services shall be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation between the parties involved. Litigation shall be considered as a last resort.
